President & Community Supervisor
As Owner and President, Tamara oversees all aspects of the company and serves as a Property Supervisor for The Homeowners Association Division. Tamara is action-oriented; focusing on identifying the needs of the community, working with the Board to prioritize those needs and methodically addressing them. As the owner of Tamarind, Tamara is committed to the professional development of the Tamarind Team Members; utilizing her years of teaching experience to focus on each employee. Tamara demonstrates this by participating and leading training and working directly with individuals to expand their knowledge and skillsets. Her work ethic and absolute focus on superior customer service is translated to the team who strives to provide great customer service daily.
Tamara served our community when working at Fresno City College as an Instructor and Program coordinator. During the years 2008-2013, Tamara was the Coordinator for several grant-funded training programs through the Applied Technology Division of Fresno City College (FCC). She provided day-to-day leadership as well as teaching the business and life skills portion of the programs. Tamara’s last position at FCC was as the Coordinator of the Housing Reconstruction Training Program, a partnership between Fresno City College, Fresno Housing Authority and the Redevelopment Agency. This unique program trained students in housing reconstruction and provided hands-on training in the renovation of three homes.
